The Neeludan Group's story is one of rapid expansion and strategic diversification, evolving from a single entity into a global network of companies. Our journey began in 2018 with the establishment of Neeludan Imports and Exports. I
Initially, our focus was on the dynamic commodities trade, specializing in the global import and export of spices, machinery, oil and gas, and petroleum products. This foundational business quickly built a reputation for reliability and expertise in navigating complex international markets. Simultaneously, we launched Wustengrun Construction Company to enter the engineering and construction sector. We took on ambitious international projects, specializing in the construction of large-scale factory buildings, cutting-edge laboratories, and major commercial complexes, including large malls. This move allowed us to expand our services beyond trading and establish a strong presence in the physical development of infrastructure worldwide. In 2025, we took a significant step in solidifying our position in the energy sector with the formation of Neeludan Imperium Energy. This company was specifically created to focus on the strategic oil and gas trade from the UAE, leveraging the region's position as a major global energy hub. This new venture not only enhances our capabilities in the upstream and downstream markets but also provides a direct, integrated link between our energy operations and our global trading network, officially cementing the diverse entities under the Neeludan Group umbrella.
