Neeludan Group

Our Shared Commitment

At the Neeludan Group, we are committed to building a network of trust and mutual respect. Our success is built on the strength of our relationships with suppliers, buyers, and partners worldwide. This Code of Ethics outlines the fundamental principles that guide these relationships, ensuring that all parties operate with integrity, respect, and a shared commitment to a sustainable future.

Key Principles

1. Integrity and Fair Dealing

Honesty & Transparency:

All business dealings must be conducted honestly and with full transparency. This includes accurate documentation, truthful representation of products and services, and full compliance with all contractual terms.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and other unethical payments. No employee or representative of our partners, suppliers, or buyers may offer or accept anything of value to improperly influence a business decision.

2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Adherence to Law

All suppliers, buyers, and partners must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in the countries where they operate. This includes laws related to trade, labor, environmental protection, and business conduct.

Sanctions and Trade Compliance:

Our partners must adhere to all applicable trade sanctions and import/export regulations. They must not engage in any activities that violate these laws or regulations.

3. Respect for Human Rights and Labor

Ethical Labor Practices:

We expect all our partners to uphold the fundamental human rights of their employees. This includes a prohibition on forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and discrimination.

Safe and Healthy Workplace:

Our partners must provide a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety laws and regulations to protect their employees.

Fair Employment:

We expect fair wages, reasonable working hours, and humane treatment for all workers.

4. Respect for Human Rights and Labor

Sustainable Practices:

We encourage and expect our partners to adopt environmentally responsible practices. This includes minimizing their environmental footprint through resource conservation, waste reduction, and responsible waste disposal.

Responsible Sourcing:

For our commodities and construction divisions, we expect our partners to practice sustainable and ethical sourcing of materials and products.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Protection of Information:

All parties must protect the confidential and proprietary information of the Neeludan Group and each other. This includes client data, trade secrets, and other sensitive information.

Cybersecurity:

We expect our partners to maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect shared data and systems from unauthorized access. We are committed to building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners who share these values. By upholding this Code of Ethics, we collectively contribute to a more responsible, sustainable, and trusted global economy.
